ship same day and all orders ship via UPS 2 Day Air.

Orders totaling under $99 are charged $6.95 for shipping and handling.

Next Day Air is Optional at $29.95 which usually provides next business
day arrival.

Canada Orders are charged $ 9.95 for UPS GROUND shipping. Air shipping
is not available and shipping time is approximately 5-8 business days.
Orders being shipped to Canada are shipped via UPS. It is available
in most areas. UPS will deliver the package to your door and collect
any duties, taxes, tariffs that are due along with a handling charge.
JustKnives101 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs or brokerage
fees. If you are unsure, please research these costs ahead of time.

When your order arrives, please open it right away and check the contents.
If something is damaged please save all of the packaging and the shipping
box. Call us immediately at 800-585-1330 so we can file a claim with UPS.
They may need to see the packaging so please hold the packaging and shipping
material for 5 business days. We will gladly ship a replacement item
to you within 1-2 business days.
If something is missing or wrong just call us. The same professional
employees that take the orders also package them and sometimes mistakes
happen. If we made an error in processing your order we will make every
effort to correct the situation.
If everything looks great than we did our job. We hope you enjoy your
purchase and look us up in the future for additional cutlery needs or

Returns are welcome
within 30 days of the arrival of your order. Items can be exchanged or
returned for a full credit on the purchase price. Shipping
charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. Engraved Items are
not returnable for any reason. No authorization is required to make a return.

from us ever
fails or breaks due to a manufacturer defect, we
will gladly replace or repair it and return it to you at no charge. We
have also listed all of the major manufacturer info on
our website in case you wish to deal directly with the manufacturer or
need to return knives that weren’t purchased from
JustKnives101.com.
Knives purchased from us can be returned to us with a copy of your

Please package the knives very carefully and reinforce all blade tips
and sharp edges with heavy cardboard. Please use a secure cardboard box
